We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a 70m+ charter motor yacht.
Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you’ll assist with delivering consistently high-quality food for both guests and crew across a busy charter programme.
We’re looking for someone creative, adaptable and confident across a range of cuisines, with strong attention to detail and presentation. You should be comfortable catering for dietary requirements, working at pace during busy charter periods and maintaining exceptionally high galley standards.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and collaborative, with the confidence to contribute ideas while equally being happy to work within the Head Chef’s direction and style.

We’re looking for someone positive, personable and sociable who enjoys being part of the wider crew. A collaborative, low-ego approach is important, along with strong communication and the ability to remain calm and positive during demanding charter periods.
Previous Sous Chef experience onboard yachts preferred, or strong yacht Chef experience with a high-end restaurant / culinary background. Large charter yacht experience advantageous.
