The Chief Officer will support the Captain across all navigational, operational and safety responsibilities, ensuring the vessel runs efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include bridge watchkeeping, voyage planning, safety management oversight, deck team leadership and coordination of maintenance programmes.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a 50m+ charter programme, with light private use. The successful candidate will be comfortable stepping in on deck when required, leading by example and maintaining high standards across both guest operations and day-to-day deck management.
